Strongest-tier construction with our permanent adhesive is engineered for these conditions: bonded to powdercoat, sealed against solvent under a 6-mil overlaminate, so the artwork doesn't scrape off when parts are handled.
Best-practice install pattern
- 01Specify Strongest-tier for any asset that sees coolant or solvent.
- 02Use Data Matrix instead of Code 128 on small parts. The 2D code reads through scratching where 1D fails.
- 03Place tags on the control-panel side, not the chip-shower side.

Will the tag survive a parts-washer cycle?
If the cycle is below 180°F and the solvent is standard industrial degreaser, yes. For caustic or hot-acid washdowns, contact us about specialty constructions.
