All orders ship from Central Florida. Standard production turnaround is 5 business days after artwork approval. Orders outside North America are quoted per destination, just request a quote and we will send a payment link.

How the timeline works
- Day 0: Order placed. We send a digital proof for your approval within one business day.
- Day 1: You approve the proof. Production starts.
- Day 5: Production complete. Tags ship from Central Florida.
- Day 7-10: US deliveries land. International deliveries add 5-10 business days.
Rush production is available for time-critical orders. Contact us with the deadline and we'll quote a turnaround.
International + customs
International orders ship via FedEx International Priority or USPS Priority Mail International. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees at the destination. We pre-clear all standard paperwork to avoid border-stop delays.
